This one combines two popular wedding hairstyles: the half-up, half-down look, and the ever-versatile braid. “Ideally, this would have a couple of loose wavy tendrils framing the face,” says Diaz, who created the style shown here. It’s perfect for a boho bride and will keep your hair in place no matter how much twirling you do on your big day.
Give your wedding hairstyle some literal flair, (or rather, flare) by adding flipped ends to a bob or lob haircut. New York City-based hairstylist Takisha Sturdivant-Drew shows us how it’s done on her client Kerry Washington with these sleek strands that fall just above the shoulders, finished with a slight bend at the ends. “I blew Kerry’s hair out and gave her a deep side part then continued using a flatiron,” Sturdivant-Drew says. Then, she sectioned off the hair at the nape and clipped some extensions to the crown. Finish with a hit of hair spray and use the flatiron again, turning the hair up into a flip slightly at the ends.

Sydney Sweeney’s updated French twist with bangs is giving major Pamela Anderson vibes.
