Cherish Your Vows Full Wedding Planning Package is set to ensure you be stress-free and relaxed.

I will listen to your vision and find the Venues, Vendors and Decor to meet your budget and your style. I will set up engage with all Vendors and set up all appointments as well as attend Tastings, Walk-throughs and any mock decors to help make your special day the most magical day of your life!

*Research, hire, and manage all of your vendors: Venue, photographer, caterer, hair/makeup, stationary, cake, accommodations, transportation, florals, decor, rentals, hotel blocks.

*Contract review and negotiation

*Tours and Walk-throughs

*Budget assessment, oversight, and management

*RSVP Tracking and Guest List Management

*Creation of full design plan to include mood board/Vision Board floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans.

*Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and table decor.

*Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and other decor.

*Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging

*Curation of paper suite to include invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc. including stuffing and sending all invitations to your guest list

*Creation of custom installations for cake, escort card, and other displays

*Help any flaws in the planning or any detail that may be missing.

*Provide Wedding Management and oversee the entire event working with couple 45days from the event..

*Works to ensure identify e your wedding is set up properly for everyone’s safety..

*Make sure pictures run seamlessly and on time..Direct and line up your bridal party Processional for the ceremony..

*Cue musicians and entertainment, Photographer and Videographer and all staff.

*Work with your officiant to make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly FYI we are officiants if you need one!.

*Coordinate the change-over (or cocktail hour)..

*Oversee that your reception runs and looks as planned, cross-checks seating and table setup. .

*Set up and style all of your details and decor as soon as venue negotiates a time for arrival for Cherish Your Vows. Normally 4-5hours prior to ceremony.

*Triple confirms that all vendors are on time and present....at 40 day mark, we send timeline...on 30 day mark we reconnect and 2 weeks and of the week of; the final timeline is in their hand. I make sure they know I am their contact going forward!!!

*Hands out final payments/gratuities as I will list on a Spreadsheet for you to pay the Vendors 30days-1wk prior

*We Make sure that all your important wedding materials and memories get back to you and so much more at the end of the night! Please designate a loved one to send what we can not send with you and your Fiancé.
