“Day of Coordination” covers every detail on the day of the event. We will work closely with you to create a thorough time-line, final tasks, and confirm all arrangements with your chosen vendors. Your day-of planner will ensure your wedding is everything you dreamed of while freeing you of the stress so you can enjoy YOUR day.
Platinum Package
Our exclusive wedding ceremony reading at the location. The Perfect Day Experience
A day-of wedding planner is usually hired closer to the day of and takes a huge load off, of you the day of. You will meet with your day-of coordinator approximately one month before your wedding in order for your coordinator to get familiarized with every detail of your event. We will work closely with you to create a thorough time-line, determine final tasks, and contact your vendors to confirm all arrangements. Your day-of planner will ensure your wedding is everything you dreamed of.
To The Rescue Experience
This is is the perfect package for those couples who wish to take a hands-on approach to the planning of their wedding but need some direction & assistance of a professional. The Client plans the event with help and guidance from the planner. Your partial wedding planner will provide timelines, checklists, and will assist with the logistics from the date of contract until the big day. Your partial wedding planner will also be there for the day of.
Ultimate Magical Experience
Full Service means the works. Your wedding planner will help with all details of your wedding from your “engagement” to your “I do”. Once you book, we’ll start a meeting to brainstorm theme, colors, vision, location and budget. We will manage every aspect of the planning process, accompany you to all appointments. Whether we are working on design, securing rentals, hiring the venue and vendors, handling all the paperwork, your full-service wedding planner does all the legwork for you, allowing you to just make the decisions. This is our most pampering service which will transform this exhausting process into a stress-free experience so you won’t become a bridezilla and enjoy the day you have been dreaming your whole life for.
